Happy Mama - Postnatal circle

Designed especially for new mothers and their babies (up to 6 months), the Happy Mama Circle is a nurturing space created so you can experience motherhood feeling supported, surrounded, and confident.

Each gathering is built around a specific theme and begins with a gentle moment of calm: soft breathing, relaxation, and recentring.

We then open with a “heart check-in”, where each mama can share her feelings and emotions of the day, in a caring and non-judgmental space.

After that comes a time for sharing and activities, tailored to the needs and wishes of the group:

🌸 Self-care & breathing – simple practices to release tension and reconnect with yourself

🎨 Creative moments – a light and playful way to express what you’re going through

👶 Key themes – matrescence, sleep, crying & babywearing

💛 Taking care of yourself – because when a mother feels well, her baby grows in safety and confidence

Over the course of these 4 small-group sessions, you’ll build connections with other mothers walking the same path, share your doubts, joys, and struggles… and leave each time feeling a little more grounded, supported, and confident.

As an option, you can also enjoy a practical babywearing workshop at home, to learn how to carry your baby with ease and serenity.
