What is reflexology?
Reflexology is a gentle hands-on approach that consists of stimulating reflex points located mainly on the feet. These areas are connected to different parts of the body and help support the body’s natural ability to regulate and restore balance.
A session encourages the body to slow down, release tension and enter a state of deep relaxation.
For pregnant women, new mothers, babies and children, reflexology can provide a valuable space for comfort and calm during periods that are often physically and emotionally intense.
Reflexology does not replace medical care. It is a complementary wellness and support approach.
Why book a reflexology session?
Every stage of life brings its own changes, fatigue and imbalances.
Reflexology can support many everyday situations by offering a moment of pause, regulation and relaxation.
